Intermediate Front End Developer

As an Intermediate Developer in Edify I've tackled different efforts like: leading production releases, improve performance of web applications, repository infrastructure and many others.

Highlights

  • Great Minds - Assignments: Worked on new front end related features, adding responsiveness to various components and pages, creating accesible features like text to speech and keyboard navigation, improve test coverage and the application's overall performance.
  • Great Minds - GitHub Packages: Migration from NPM packages and Nexus to Github Packages. This project required changes to the repositorie's workflows and Docker configurations. It required a lot of communication between teams to succesfully tackle a challenge this big.

Jr. Front End Developer

As a developer in Edify I worked with agile methodologies to create high quality and properly tested code. Given the size of the project I was working on, I gained great experience coordinating with multiple teams and working on different codebases.

Highlights

  • Great Minds - Assignments: Project developed in React with Typescript. Worked on creating reusable React components, adding new pages and integrating our front end with different endpoints.

Full Stack Developer

AGO Security (acquired by GCG Group) gives security services to airlines and airports. The Costa Rica location serves Juan Santamaría and Daniel Oduber International Airports.

Highlights

  • Design and implementation of the AGO Connect project to manage internal company requests (PTO, medical leave, etc) and inventory.
  • Front end developed with Angular and Material UI.
  • Backend developed with Loopback and MySQL.
