I started as a Mid QA Analyst in NROC Team but later I completed my career path as a Senior. Responsible for QA and testing activities, be part of the main meetings with the team and customer, production support, working closely with the development team.
Highlights
- NROC Project: The main application, EdReady, is the core of the NROC ecosystem. It integrates with other platforms such as NROC Portal, Event Tracker, Advanced Reporting Tool, and Rewards. EdReady is an adaptive Math and English learning platform that personalizes each student’s path to subject mastery. As a QA Analyst, I tested multiple development efforts to implement and maintain new and existing features. Participated in meetings to estimate effort, define requirements, create and execute test plans, design new test cases, and collect quality metrics. The project followed the Scrum methodology and used Jira for daily management and Confluence for documentation. Responsibilities also included recurring deployments, GitLab tagging, production troubleshooting, and monitoring CloudWatch logs and New Relic alerts. I performed Functional, Non-Functional, and Accessibility Testing, as well as database validation and data updates.

- Payer Watch: A responsive application facilitating claim creation and user claim management, serving as the main interaction hub between users and the PayerWatch team. As a QA Analyst, I was responsible for leading and executing all testing activities for a new application. I participated in every stage of the development cycle. I conducted Functional and Non-Functional testing. I collaborated closely with developers and product owners following the Scrum methodology, using Jira for daily task tracking and Confluence for maintaining all project documentation.
- Strike Graph: New Public Evidence API: As a QA Analyst, I created a comprehensive One Test Plan and was responsible for executing API, Functional, and Non-Functional testing to ensure the API’s accuracy, performance, and stability. I collaborated closely with developers throughout the development cycle, using Postman to validate each endpoint’s requests and responses, verify data integrity, and ensure consistent behavior across environments.
